South Fairfax Residence

This 9,000 square-foot project included restoration of a prominently sited c. 1785 house in historic Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia, a remodeling of later constructions, a new addition, and a front garden. While completing a scrupulous exterior restoration of the house to recreate its 18th century appearance, the original house was updated with state-of-the-art conveniences.
